Community Guidelines and Agreements

What are community guidelines?

Community guidelines can help guide the facilitation of spaces and communities that are inclusive and welcoming to people from a variety of diverse backgrounds.

Please click the link below to see an example of guidelines you can use as a blueprint to build a space that all feel welcome in.

The primary purpose of this community is to support the development of meaningful relationships among people who are actively participating in classes, workshops, courses, and conversations about the science of self-realization. We’re here to encourage and support one another in our quest for spiritual knowledge.

To do this, we all have to show up for one another.

How? For starters, we can work together to create a culture of safety and trust wherein everyone feels comfortable being themselves, asking questions, sharing realizations, and asking for support.

An important aspect of this community platform is that it’s both a forum for group discussion and an unmediated space for you to connect directly with one another as well as with the group as a whole. I hope you’ll take advantage of the opportunity to connect directly with one another over the course of our time together.

This community is a work in progress that has only just begun. My hope is that, together, we can build a strong foundation that will establish a community culture based on mutual affection, trust, giving, receiving, and sharing.

In order for learning to lead to growth, we have to be willing to take risks and, beyond that, be willing to let go of old ways of being in favor of new ways of being. This kind of transformative learning calls us to face our fears and get comfortable with discomfort.

Thank you for being a part of our community.
